Any truth to the rumour that Michael Clarke won't stick it out at Demons? Will he come back to you guys?ROBBO wrote:Just to try and drown out Mickey Mouse's feeble attempts to bag anything Greek, i reckon its time to get back to some serious soccer discussion.

He has come down every Thursday night for a Beer and BBQ but I don't think he is coming back just yet. He knows he is welcome to returnEast 17 wrote:Any truth to the rumour that Michael Clarke won't stick it out at Demons? He is staying at Northern Demons as far as I know. Wants to give Federation a go and if it doesn't work out for him, hopefully he will be back with us.

I heard that Brad Donovan signed for Playford last week. I thought he was playing at Farm this year?

I thought he was playing at the Grove - that's what they've been saying for a while now.

He played in our last trial game. Not sure if he has signed there though as I haven't spoken to him recently about it. Wouldn't surprise me given that Playford are in a lot of trouble and really need the players.toonarmy#9 wrote:I heard that Brad Donovan signed for Playford last week. Clarkey would of as an Amateur as you can't play trials or preseason games in the FFSA now without been registered.East 17 wrote:Does that mean he has officially signed for them Jay?

Re: Rumors and Player Movements for 2010 Season
But are Playford in the position financially to be able to do that? As i said i guess we'll just have to wait til next saturday to see if he has signed for them. Just thought a player of Brad's quality would rather play for a good strong club like Farm rather than a struggling state league squadJay Walking wrote:If you throw enough money at someone, they will play anyway

Saw Gully play Brahma and thought the lad that scored the free kick (dont know his name) looked like he could score a few goals for the Gully.
Probably needs a big player along side him to feed off of.
