Funny you say that because all the English media was on Leighton Baines' nut after his excellent performance against Egypt.ozzie owl wrote:England's shortfalls exposed in friendly.
2. Left back will be issue if Ashley Cole misses World Cup with injury, especially now Bridge has retired.

Their first goal was unreal. Beautiful to watch from a purist point of view, painful to watch as passionate and proud Greek supporter.
Thanks for the score voulgare.

Re: Only a friendly
Irrelavent how many people go to watch it. More people go to watch Adelaide United than Millwall, so?Hawkesy wrote: I won't rise to such obvious fishing about Millwall - nice try.
What game do more people watch, an italy full international friendly ot an U21 qualifier?
My points are still the same:
- as far as significance to world football Millwall doesn't belong in the same book as the u/21 comp let alone same page.
- following nothing but Millwall makes you no more than a 5 minute wonder every time England front up to play.
- being a Millwall fan you're not qualified to discuss anything about World Football. You don't support the sport but a socio-economic clan. You'd watch Millwall even if they served up rugby style football in the lowest tier of English football, you don't support the sport, just the club that represents you and your fellow meatheads from the swamp that you came from.
I don't like lies. I have understood your market where sometimes lies sell more than truth. This is your life and I don't like it. I understand your work and I have to work with you, but the protection of my group is much more important than you

If you call my comment before as taking the bait, then sadly stitchy your not much of a fisherman. Stick to being Hawkesys PA, suits you much much betterStitch This wrote:Agreed. Sarcasm probably isn't the right word. It was just a stir. More a light hearted fishing expedition than anything else and as usual Col rose to the bait.Hawkesy wrote:i didn't even get the sarcasm. You can't really tell from friendlies.

Re: Only a friendly
the attendance figure is relevant. It would show the amount of people who see it as significant. If more people attend first team friendlies than U21 games then it proves which games italians consider significant.Translator wrote:Irrelavent how many people go to watch it. Last season I watched arsenal, chelsea, bolton and liverpool as well as Millwall. I would say that makes me more qualified than 99% of posters.
Things I am owed because they're too tight to pay up:
Colossus: One House
Costa: One Lunch
Oh and add in
Colossus: one photo and one letter from his "attorney".
