both in the quarters. They did well to cover for them in the semi so looks like they've got a bit of depth there.

I am assuming you will turn up at the correct venue...not sure why you would mention Oakden as this is on the official Media Release...

West Torrens Birkalla will meet Campbelltown City in the Final of the Manchester United Premier Cup (MUPC) tournament for Under 15 players on Wednesday 10 March at 6:30pm at Park 19, Adelaide City Juniors Soccer Club.

Got the info second hand, but I've been told Campbelltown beat Birkalla 1-0 in the final.

That's correct.

Campbelltown by far the more dominant team and if they put away the numerous chances they had, who knows what the scoreline would have been. Not to say that WTB didn't have their chances but it definitely looked like Campbelltown were the better side.

WT Birkalla didn't seem like the team I saw on the weekend - especially fromt the Para Hills game. Credit goes to their GK for pressing on in the game after taking an ankle(?) injury. He pulled off a great save from a free kick in the 1st half.

I thought the Refs were good too.

While obviously I support Campbelltown; I think it's important to note that the boys did not have a goal scored against them for the whole tournament. Great effort lads; and well done to John and his Assistants.
Who?... Who is but a form, followed by the function of what... And what I am, is a man in a mask!

Congratulations to Campbelltown. I hope you have a fantastic time in Melbourne and do our State proud. We are all one big football family and I genuinely wish you all the best. To play the whole tournament and not concede a goal is an outstanding effort too. Well done 8)

Don't go putting ideas into their heads just yet. Campbelltown are deserving Man Utd Cup winners, but it's a pre-season cup based on 25 min halves - the real proof will be at the end of the season. Last year's Man Utd winners didn't finish in the top 4 of the U15As - in fact I think they ended up 7th.
