Downs 7 a side Rd 3 Results

Post by general pants »

Westies beat Downs on penalties after a 6-6 draw.
westies came back from 5-4 down with their keeper scoring with minutes left. Downs soon equalised again. Good game.

Screaming eagles beat Talking heads 8?-0. Childs scoring 0 goals.
Crouch costing the Eagles the FIFA fair play award with an honest mistake.

Childs in goals for the first half bell end, and Robbo being a hog in the second half didnt help the goal drought

The Gawler team also won.

Downs and Westies game was a cracker - with the keeper scoring for the westies to give them the draw.

Great little tournament by the way marooned. 8)

Grove 2-1 Red backs.

three straight wins for the Grove
I'm very happy to have moved to West Ham, because I can play for a better team than Sheffield Wednesday.

They're looking the bizzo. Dawbs looking like rio ferdinand at the back there. Surprised not to see Brad Dochers playing for them....

Docherty is supposed to be playing, he just hasn't been able to make it yet.

I look at the great Liverpool Team. I think they won about eight League

Thanks Eric, couple of incidents of concern.

1 Any player seeming to be adversly affected by alcohol will not be allowed to play ie Under the influence keeper. We have a duty of care for all players and will not allow anyone to play in this state.

2 Toilets are available in the clubrooms and change rooms. Next to the roadway and near where womens teams are changing or sitting is not appropriate. Tasty Poons take note.

Kare facta off the mark with a win after 3 games...game wasn't too bad actually. Some good play by both teams except for Stav who cost us fair play points when he openly admits he kicked the ball towards Main North rd to waste time...then wonders why he gets a yellow....peanut!!

Robbo was taking the piss though with some magical touches. I know there is a big difference between Downs 7-a-side and Super League but he is wasted playing in defence for Metro.

I played in the holding midfielders role...let others take the glory...never been my style.

Yeah hope the coaching gig goes ok...cheers for the endorsement and you are right the only way i'm going to get a game.

now you tell us, could have been a handy ruling to keep rory out of goals first half for the talking heads. one of the more stranger tactics i've seen.

Yes i was but not from your team. There is a big difference between dutch courage and too p#ssed to play. Fortunatley the keeper involved only hurt himself. He will be a sore boy today.

Nah coaching the 19's will try to get fit (hopefully to play in the first team) but knee injury this year curtailed over half the season. Far far too old to be playing in the 19's.

depends on how many goals you have scored?

and the rotation of the keepers is obviously working with no goals conceded.

you guys would be counting the money already wouldn't you.
