I wasn't going to say anything on here, until it happens.....but thanks for the support. But yes I have been invited to meet the team after a match and go round to Carra's house the next day. But I am trying not to get too excited in case it all goes wrong....my 10 year old son is looking forward to it....just a bit!!!

Ronaldo went for 80 mill. Double that to 160 mill. Only 20 mill less than the cost for 2 Ronaldo's, i think it's plenty
agreed
Gerrard and Torres will probably be desperate to get out of a club where the shit has well and truly hit the fan too, so that'll drive the price down
furthermore, even if 140m isn't enough, City can afford any number Liverpool can think of

was mighty close to joining Chelsea a few years back

His fitness is not guaranteed and he's definitely past his best on a consistency basis, so I think most would rather pay the big bucks for someone with a longer future and a good resale value.
For that reason alone, I think he's missed the boat on changing clubs (if he ever wanted to anyway).

I didnt read that bit in his transfer request 5 or 6 years ago.
Speaking of reading. Read his autobiography and see why he will never leave.....
ive read it, great book. Liverpool FC is in his blood
Taken from wiki: Gerrard rejected a club-record £100,000-a-week offer. Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry conceded the club had lost Gerrard, saying, "Now we have to move on. We have done our best, but he has made it clear he wants to go and I think it looks pretty final."

You're doing really well. Most people have posted one comment that was halfway reasonable by their 10th post. You now get to join a very exclusive club consisting of Topgun Jimmy and Hala Madrid.

When I wrote it, it was 7, and my maths is excellent thanks. When you repey your 12 will be wrong, unless you create yet another name and declare on 12.
