What is Red Army's IP? Is it your logo? I am interested as I need to knwo about registering something. How much does it cost to register, did you use a lawyer etc? What action can you take against people using your stuff?
Cheers
Lawyers are easiest, but not neccesary. Depends if you want to trademark, patent or copyright things.
Action can range from cease and desist orders, seizure/forfieture of offending stock, defamation against the image etc.
if you believe someones overstepped your IP then contact a lawyer - even if you dont have it registered. If you've created it then youve got a good case against them if they are using it for profit.

The authorities have become very fussy of late on how the Australian flag is used, to the point of destroying products where it has been incorrectly used. I would suggest that in this case being on a red background it would almost certainly be illegal. I know 1st hand.Dowie Hawkes wrote:Do you need permission to use the national flag?
Some people tell me that we professional players are soccer slaves. Well, if this is slavery, give me a life sentence.

Historically, the Australian red ensign was used on land and at sea and Australians have fought under it during both world wars.arxidia wrote:the national flag isn't on it is it?

I also don't understand why the flag is flipped on the right hand side, now it's not a flag, just a bunch of stars with a union jack. If you're going to flip it, do it both horizontally and vertically, so it still holds the positioning of a flag the right way around.
Stencil font is a bit overdone innit?
