Trendsetters,

Want to follow the Socceroos at the 2010 World Cup and see a bit of South Africa at the same time?

Well, wrap ya laughing gas around this little beauty!

http://www.babeltravel.com/site/html/to ... d_cup!.php

It was written by Dan and Kev, the guys responsible for the pre and post match entertainment in K-town in 2006. Yep, I'm fair dinkum, that was us!

The price is 2600 AUD per person.

Full days Safari in the Kruger National Park

NOT INCLUDED:

Flights to/from South Africa
Match day tickets (get them through the ballot or before the game - definitely highly possible)
Sleeping bags

Our trucks;

Accommodation is in twin share tents. These 3 man tents are quite spacious and easily fit 2 adults. Pillows and sleeping mats are provided but sleeping bags are not.

Campgrounds are clean, spacious, safe and modern and are of the same standard as those in the west. Really! All have TV's to watch the games (that’s if we aren’t at the fan zones), BBQ's and are well away from the centre of town making them a bit of a haven for our group. A few other travel companies will be staying in the same campgrounds as us so expect loads of fun and frivolity!

Many people don’t realise that all hostels/hotels are already full for the dates of our trip. That’s why we are camping! Same applies with trucks/vans and flights. I should know, I've contacted over 100 different local companies over the last month, and believe it or not all were full even before the draw was released! Read=not enough accom in SA. This is not Germany 2006!

All local operators have doubled, or even quadrupled their prices. Dorm beds that normally cost 25 AUD per night are up to 100 AUD. Insane! All are full now anyway.

The Fanatics (hmmm...) release their tours on Jan 15th and I can tell you that this trip will be much better value than theirs.

If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Best wishes,

Big Kev
