The Adelaide University Soccer club is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Baker as head coach for the Saturday Div 1 teams for 2010.
Dave Baker is a highly regarded and experienced coach who has achieved success with a number of South Australian Federation and Amateur league clubs.
The club looks forward to working with Dave in achieving a successful 2010 in its 75th year of competing in SA.
Further details of pre season sessions will be announced shortly.

Good work in signing Dave and is a massive loss for Saints. A great bloke and a great coach. Good luck to him there, and i am certain that he will straighten out a club that certainly has the potential. Sounds like there are some big plans in the 75th year happening at Uni. Enjoy your new toys dave.... the kit bag etc I mean!!!

I am very surprised at this appointment.
But Dave has a reputation of only staying at any club for 3 years tops.
Great appointment from Uni and I am sure Dave will bring some players from saints. I doubt Monkey will be one of them, but there will be a few looking for a change of scenery. Will be very interesting who saints appoint as they might lose players fast if they dont appoint the right guy.
