A loaded question perhaps? In my opinion they should not be where they are on the ladder. Some extremely close games against top teams this year. As long as they have learned something, then the season has been successful. Good luck to them on Sunday and whatever they do next year too.
I'd take my hat off (but my head would get cold) to the lads that turn out for each training night, week in week out.
Lets be honest though at 16/17 a lot of players may have part time jobs (or even worse ..... girlfriends ) and getting a full squad to training becomes harder and harder each week.
I wonder if they all knew each others names by the end of the season
modbury u17's have done a great job this season!!! the team got beaten by adel city 1 nil on a penalty, most of the games all season hav only been by one or 2 goals!!! there a great bunch of lads and definetly don't deserve to be where they are on the ladder!!
modbury 17's did a wicked job!!! played some cracker games!!! and danny there was more then just feeney and stokes holding that team together!!!! make sure u change that!!!
Great season boys, took too long for you all to start playing as a team, 2 wins at end of season, could have been more, Congrats to those that received awards at presentation day. See you next season.
