saw the cup semifinal tonight between parafield and athelstone. athelstone won 5-1
entertaining game. both sides had some excellent players. but oh the referee. totally incompetent. worst i have seen for a long long time. i know steve gregan has a top job in ffsa . but please please please don't let him ruin the cup final.

agreed, was a woefull performance by the ref tonight. No one knew what he was blowing his whistle for most times, then when he needed to make a call, he just waved play on.

ref for second semi was almost as bad... couldn't understand a word he said and didnt seem to know the hand ball rule. missed a million.
