Sorry mate, Referee, BBQ, Crowd Controller, bloody home games, hate them, too much on my mind
well then maybe u should give up trying to be a ref bcz u r a disgrace. Blatant cheating today from you and your linesman in the c grade. You even admitted several times on the pitch.

I have never seen a ref make smug comments to opposition players, threaten players, disollow clear goals, call players offside when they r clearly onside and refuse to even book a player for punching one of ours bcz u didn't see it, even though u were looking straight it!!

You were a joke and a disgrace.

And the fact that ur c team loaded their squad makes it even more pharsical. When ur so called c team bench player gets subbed on and asks 'which way r we kicking', then u can imagine.

It's ppl like u who tarnish the SAASL...

haha whats that supposed to mean? If your talking about the disallowed goal, two players came back from an offside position. I was with the play all day and of course the striker is always right he is always onside I know.

All in All good game, Downs deserved to win and the scoreboard reflected that. However, you were lucky to be up 1-0 at halftime, we missed some great chances and gifted you the goal from some poor defending.

how exactly was the c team loaded today mate? not sure where you're getting your info but there was 2 b's players. one who has not played for 3 weeks due to illness and one that hasn't played all year, so if you consider that loading then so be it. your assessment of robbie is not only insulting but completely wrong. robbie calls it how he sees it and does not give up 90 minutes of his sunday morning to cheat and manipulate games for the c grade.sure, he gets things wrong as like all humans it happens but to label him a cheat is completely absurd, i cant believe that anyone from florina would have the audacity to come on here questioning the integrity of other clubs refs/linesman etc. that complete joke that you guys provided for the first team game was not only an absolute embarrassment to your club but also to football itself. even you can admit that the guy is dodgy, he flagged a backpass as offside for christ sake. is it louie? im pretty sure hthis isn't the first time he's been mentioned. how about you clean up your own backyard before coming on here with ridiculous accusations. may i add that florina won fair and square today, louie had no effect on the outcome so don't mistake this for an excuse on todays result. unlike some i've accepted my particular defeat.

apart from the fact ya full of crap, they bringin me in with the view 2 take over as 1st team keeper, which with a full pre season for a change under my belt, will be achieved, and secondly once ive had off season surgery i will be back to full movement n playin better than this yr, which considering ive played blinders against bosna, twice, brama, payn, n a south coas game earlier, there is only a chance im gonna get better. i bet u 50 buks, bloody hell 500 bucks, ill keep a lesser amount of goals playin a's than ur team will. the fact im playin for a team where im easily having to pull off at least 10 saves per game in either 1v1 or box shots means im gonna conceed more atm than ur team thats only havin 3-4 to make. how ur keeper play 2day ay? 4 goals? how many saves for those 4? or he touch it more pickin out the back of his net??? ref said 2day woulda been 3-4 more goals against us 2day if i haddnt of made some brilliant saves. so yea, even with an injury im still makin crap loads of saves. u got the balls to shake on that bet? ill write a contract up hahaha :D
Mate at 19 you should be playing in 1 of the 3 federation leagues not playing in an amateur Div 3 side if you are as good as you say you are :?

kinghenrick, don't go on about linesman cause i would never have been over your side of the ground if it was not for my son in the first half but your linesman let azza go for onside as he was only for some of your guys screaming at your linesman to put his flag up and then he did. and his flag was up on many more occassions for dubious decisions for one on ones..but hey 3 points is all that matters..was a good day all in all :D

the only disgrace is that the saasl never provided official linesman for such an important game in my mind 1 V 2 :?

A's:
Raptors 3 def San Marco 1

San Marco were 1-0 up inside the first 60 seconds thanks to some slack marking and a well placed finish

We equalised mid-way through the first half thanks to a penalty after our player was brought down in the box. The half as a whole was fairly even with both sides having possession and creating few chances.

Second half turned out to be a shambles for SM with two players getting sent off (not sure why the captain got his two yellow cards - seemed a bit harsh). SM didnt have many chances and it was always going to be difficult going a man down

We managed to put 2 away but couldve had another 3 if it werent for some slack finishing

B's:
San Marco def Raptors 2-0

Bad loss for the B's as theyre fighting for the championship. Loss was the second v SM this season and makes it really hard for the B's to claim their first championship

Tough game away to West Beach for both sides this week. A's need a win to all but cement their place in Div 2 for next season, while WB will be playing for the championship

Florina vs Downs Reserves ealier this year and also last year comes to mind with your abomination of a ref. Destroying the game by half time. As has been said clean up your own before sledging anothers so harshly. Then people may take what you have to say with a little sincerity.
I think my drinking club has a soccer problem.....

You guys definitely deserved the win maxin but fuck me did that ref spoil the game or what, i know people go one every week about the refs but this one was a piece of work, did you see him chest one of our strikers in the second half, seriously if that was someone with a short fuse he would have been shitting out his whislte today, anyway good luck for the remainder of the year and hopefully we can both stay up in Div 2 next year even though we have our work cut out in the remaining two games having to play Vikings & West Beach.

Closely fought game all day. But goal resulted from ridiculous free kick in which two Vale players tackled each other, yet still received a free kick! Keeper from Vale did couple of brilliant saves.

Good game today between the knights and grove. Grove started strong for the first ten minutes and were playing the ball around well. Once knights settled down and got their game on it was a bit different. 4 or 5 goals as said by knight7 was a good estimation. We had a couple of unlucky chances that either hit the cross bar or the grove keeper saved.. Grove did not perform aswell without their centre midfield like the last game. With him it may have been a different story. To all credit grove pushed us and made it harder work then needed then in the last 5-10minutes they are easily a side you dont want to slip up on in division 2. The end score could have been more but we will take that win and move on.

Good luck to grove for the final games. Good to play a game against them without that pelican in the background screaming WIN,WIN,WIN.
:D Now thats a great call! At least you got something right about the game! Yes, Brad is a great player who makes a big difference, but we all know that one player doesnt make a team. Since we lost to Vista we knew our promotion hopes were all but over and therefore havent pushed as hard as we could. Thats not to say that we dont wanna win games, coz everyone hates to lose, but we are playing for a bit of fun now, and hope to get back to winning ways for the last two games of the season. Would be great to send MP back down to where they belong!

nah, i had been dropped for shall we say, "dicipline" reasons so i played resies against blue eagles n then croatia on the bench. but i came on 55 minutes into the croatia match wen the score was already 6-0.

i was playin back in 07 but then spent 3 months in a hospital bed so by the time the new season came id missed the start of the season, so i missed a yr of soccer n was jst playin footy. n then through a friend i came out for the stones just to see if i still wanted to play. next yr with a full pre season under my belt ill realli see if can go back into fed or a higher div. Ive probably trained 10 times this yr, maybe a bit more, so next yr wen i can train more i can only get better. diff team, diff atmosphere, diff player.

ok ok i over reacted with my original post - combination of Ashes / losing top spot in Div 8 had me riled and i apologise.

Honeslty though, it was blatant to everyone on the park he had an agenda yesterday. It didnt help when he was being a little bit of a smart arse towards us. We couldnt even talk to him - and i mean talk.

He was calling everything with a green shade cloth over his eyes and he even admitted in the second half that the linesman in the first half was cheating.

Funny you mention about 'cleaning our back yard' - when we asked for a little bit of extra dirt to be put on your ground to cover an exposed sprinkler, your "saint robbie" was less than helpful.

Thank goodness some of the other guys at your club recognised the danger of this and kindly brought some dirt over to cover it up.

You guy have a great club, a great bunch of blokes - but its so disappointing when stacking and blatant cheating occurs.
