Beach vs Knights - From all accounts the Knights had a fair workout last week. Obviously an in form side but think that may take its toll. West Beach in a tight finish for promotion wont want to let this one slip. Will be close but Beach 2-1

Grove vs Gully - Grove seem to have fallen in a bit of a hole and the Gully need this to keep their chances of promotion alive. Gully 3-0

San Marco vs Vista - Tough call with San Marco fighting relegation and Vista probably out of the promotion race but praying Vista do us a favour and repeat the first round result. More likely Vista 2-0.

Raptors vs Munno Para - A draw would be the best result :D. Raptors know how to play on their mini-pitch well but hoping Munno Para can pinch a draw. I think Raptors 2-0

Us vs Vikings - Well every game from here in becomes a 6 pointer for us. We desperately need the win to get out of the drop and a win for the Vikings will see them the first team promoted. I'm confident our boys will rise to the challenge and come out Sunday ready to fire, but we certainly aren't expecting anything different from the Vikings boys. Us 2-1

Grove v Gully - Gully (this will be a good match IMO)
San Marco v Vista - Vista
Raptors v Munno Para - Raptors (would be nice to see MP get up, but seeing Raptors pitch first hand, the home ground advantage will get ISC over the line)

Will you be at the Beach today?
Does Kevin Rudd refer to his genitals as the stimulus package?

I will, the weather has calmed a bit in the last 10 minutes, a bit of blue sky on the horizon.

must have something to do with your vege patch of a ground, worst ground we've played on so far.

We've got a title to work for so onto next week, but kudos to you, you guys did yourselves a favour in trying to avoid relegation.

Both teams as in home and away. teams who blame the pitch are looking for excuses.

lol i think you're all mistaken, i had in mind something east wrote in the other thread about being called cucumbers. that's what i was referring to, and was commenting on the state of the pitch in general, it had nothing to do with our loss.

chill out ffs.

If you are a groundsman, know les burrdet or know of anyone who might be able to help out then please pm me. We would love to have a better pitch, but unfortunately for us we have a cricket pitch with summer grass on it and in winter it dies. With a bit of rain, it turns to mud.

Hope you dont have vista in the last 3 games

who's is the lower pitch?
it was a far better suface than the top pitch. do the womens leauge have the better pitch out of the 2 of them. it wouldn't have made any difference to the game as vikings wouldn't have scored even if they were playing on a billiard table surface :?

the lower pitch can be used by us as well but it is worse in my opinion, very uneven which could cause bad knee unjuries. very spungy to.

I should re phrase that, the lower pitch looked the better surface to play on. but from your comments it seems it wasn't as good as it looked
