Amatuers Club going Federation?

I believe the proposal is for 3 league's
Premier league of 12 teams
State league of 12 teams
Metro league of 8 teams
SASI into the reserve comp and if both Pirie teams aren't allowed this would leave only 4 teams in Metro league. I think they will need to backflip with both Pirie teams to get the numbers up. I also heard a club from the North East suburbs may have an interest in joining. FFSA really need to sort this out by September so clubs know were they stand and can prepare for their usual November pre-season starts.
Seen this in Main forum,

who might it be:

Modbury Vista or Tea Tree Gully or ??????

Wont be Gully or Vista they are too busy trying to control E&D and besides cant see how they would survive considering neither have really been a Sun Div 1 club.

Absolutely right lefty - they don't need to try and control E&D - they are E&D and everything revolves around these two and the rest of us have little or no say.

You wouldn't need to be Division 1 to go Federation. Cove went from finishing 3rd in Saturday Division 2.

Cmon Lefty thats a bit rich!!! Didnt know you had to be a Div 1 side to join the Federation? Trying to control the E&D? Maybe just maybe with about 500 juniors TTG have a bit of say in some matters?

VISTA just dont have the ground facilities to go federation. there pitch is shocking due to the fact that they have so many juniors playing there with limited space available .GULLY certainly have the space and with new clubrooms on the way look the better chance.doesnt homestead homes still sponsor them, and if so, great financial suport.good club gully, with some loyal blokes there, if you are thinking about it (im not saying you are ) would wish you all the best.

Sorry, Raiders has nothing to do with Croatia amateurs, just that a few guys used to be ex-Raiders players from about 10 years ago

Everything you read on hear is crap isnt it? And yes I do understand the voting setup so can you tell me from what you can see how then they are helping because they certainly havent discussed it specifically with other clubs or E&D. What are the issues my friend and to say E&D is loose and deadbeat is disrespectful to those who have been elected to look after the game to which I think theyve done well. Certainly I agree things can be improved but lets play the ball not the man.

Ive got no beef with TTG if I did you'd be the first to know sunshine I think Gullyboyz knows my thoughts on the E&D matter and besides Im Left Right Outs #1 fan.

Although Vista hold a very strong junior setup they will not be in federation in my lifetime, whether it is the club saying NO or FFSA saying no it will not happen. They are a fantastic club with good facilities but it just will not happen.

Tea Tree Gully would indeed be the major candidate but after a chat I had with Michael Carter I was given the impression that Modbury will be the only team from TTG Council in the Federation setup for a few years to come.

Para Hills East lack the facilities and although an upgrade is on the cards the league have no incentive with Knights and Modbury so close.

There are indeed several other options around the place (from what I was told) with Gawler looking to pull out as well as Cove wanting to leave and the North Eastern Suburbs would be the place to go. However if Gawler do leave the competition it could be a newly found club in and around that area  or perhaps a certain club on Uley road will be approached.

It is certainly worth watching this space but it will not happen for a while now, Gee Mr X you could have just asked me what was happening after the game Sunday....... :D
