It's the mentality of a good senior coach (it's their job to win and install a winning mentality) but a poor junior coach, although I'm not sure it's any worse here than anywhere else. There's not that many good junior coaches around though and size is nearly always preferred to skill at the younger ages.

yeah but this is a junior forum so i wasnt actually talking about seniors lol
