The deciding round 13

Post by Nicki # 4 »

Good afternoon lads.

I have to say that this week will be a spanking round of football. I have a question. If 3rd spot is equal 2nd with same goal difference, do three teams get promoted? I am not sure how it works.
Best regards

Correct. If still even after goal for is included, decided on results from encounter/s over the season.

I hope so Mate. Unfortunately in todays age it takes me 3 days to recover from Sunday's game. I keep telling the Coach to put me on the bench and play me for the last 20 mins, but it never works that way. I am however looking forward to this Sunday's game. It should be beauty!

Only if it is Muscular, then any injury can be healed. Lisfranc is a fracture/dislocation in the mid foot. I do not like the chances CK :(

I see youve done some research and yes i know all about ....however there is a lot of hard wasted soft tissue like build up in the foot and calf which i believe will require phsio treatment to push it out of the area and out of the body in the normal fashion.... this is generally done through massage and mobility and thats where i thought his treatment might expedite the reduction of swelling..... but thanks for looking in to it
