Nope. No need to use the legs while sitting at a desk all day telling others what to do.

Hahaha, same here...the luxury of ordering people what to do, whilst fart a$$ing around on here

P.S. if only we had those 2 minute angels here...

Our left winger, who is probably the fittest/quickest guy in our team was missing, so we lacked some 'run' on that side. Our 'regular' left full-back stepped up to take his place. Also, the guy that played centre-back with me in the B's had to go at 2pm to work at the showdown. Guess you could say I wasn't missing from the starting line-up... haven't been in it for a while!
Other than that, pretty much the same squad as the last couple of weeks. (I'm not counting the few guys that went overseas and have been gone for 4-5 weeks now).
No excuses... they played pretty average. We didn't attack to our strength which is the passing game... there were too many long balls up forward all day. The 'away curse' continues....

Great day beating the bungers at bung fritz park with the Vale going 2 up to a dubious penalty decision and a gift from red. Downs curse struck early with the lads tearing strips off mick millar and you guessed it up he bobs for the first. Lads fought back well and got the deserved result. I would like to take back a previous statement I made earlier I stated Leo fro Florina was the biggest cheat ever I would like to amend that to Maltese Eddy who put on the worst display of refereeing ever witnessed he was a joke and can hang his head in shame as he goes straight to the top of Leggas biff of the year award. The lack of balls showed his real character as a person and a so called ref. Well done Eddy you are BIFF OF THE WEEK YOU :clown: ...
There is no I in team, but there is a u in suck...

Nope. Actually losing another key player in 2 weeks...
We keep losing too many players due to holidays/injuries and don't really have the depth to cover it.

Brahma lucky in the end to win, considering they had there C's keeper in goals. Croatia unlucky, story of the season, but thats football.

p.s oh and great fire works by Brahma too...thought I was at Darling Harbour New Years Eve....

dnt think u should count athelstone out n to be relegated jst so quickly. after 2 weeks of victories over bosna and a paynem team that pushed maca last week, the fact u say we wont get another point is a pretty silly call. we beat south coast fairly easyily n shoulda had blue eagles (i didnt play) n now are startin to get back players and form. take us easy at ur own risk

I dont think any team should be underestimated in Div 3... Any of them can win on their day, well with the exclusion of Payneham so far (I've jinxed us for saying that now haven't I?)

The game against us was fairly even, but we still had the better chances. In fact, you only had two chances - one you scored, the other blazed over the bar. I don't think you will get relegated though.

Yeah, he was fine - he had a bit of a headache, and took it easy at training last night. Our boys couldn't believe he broke his ankle - pass on our regards, thanks.
