We played rubbish today and probably deserved the hiding. As far as whingers, oh well, everyone has their opinions.

Disappointing day for the club. Iggies deserved win by playing direct football on a ground that was appalling. Vipers will and must bounce back because the club has too much talent to play like that again. Vipers fans whingers you have to be kidding- surely. Obviously you haven't played at Budapest. Please advise when and where it was stated in the conversation that juniors would be playing on the pitch at 3 p.m., because i know for a fact that it was not advised.

Your secretary was advised that Juniors occupy the pitch as well as us and we have a ground sharing agreement with them, and as such, your secretary advised that it's fine and the game would be held at it's original location.

I didn;t get defensive at all. I just felt that it needed clarifying.

very simple.... Villa conrolled the game completely for 70 mins.... Popovic with 1 chance at the death of the 1st half...unbelievable save...but other than that, it was the budapest keeper with the work, he was one of the best players on the park...

but in the last 20, budapest scored 4 times...not necessarily at their own merit, but because of a sudden occurence of lapses in the villa defensive half...Budapest were cheering...today they won a game they had no right to...

At the halfway mark of the season. Flinders and Monarchs would be wanting to get some early points in the second half of the season otherwise it's starting to look sketchy. Comets are now in the mix too - all three of the promoted clubs occupy 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at the halfway stage!

This league is IMPOSSIBLE to pick, look at Salisbury Villa, different clubs I've spoken to believe they're about the best side in the league - they blow a 2-0 lead with 20mins to play wtf?

Also, OISC look like they could've turned a corner - looks like a couple of good players have come into their first team - and they're less than 2 games away from the promotion spot now!
