Noticed the same thing. InteretingGreen Grass Rovers wrote:4-3... the penalty was the correct decision, but Howard Webb initially signaled for a corner. I wonder what made him change his mind.
Even though it was a penalty, i do however agree with that quote from the assistant Egyptian coach."Since when do the regulations say it is a penalty based on the monitors or on the television?
He just keep making a name for him self doesnt hecrue head wrote:Egypt are filing a complaint as the ref and the linesman both signalled a corner, then the fourth official instructed them it was a penalty.
And the fourth official was...............................Matthew Breeze.

And the number 2, and the number 7, and the number 18, and the defender, and the other defenderdiegom wrote:Egypt played amazing, they always attacked the brazilians. Their composure and skill mon the ball looked amazing in secod half. I actually had to do a couble take thinking that the teams may of swapped shirts at half time.
The striker no9 for Egypy Zidan was oustanding, always mobile and causing a havoc, scored 2 great goals. The no11 for egypt who scored the second was brilliant as well, and the no22 the other attacking midfielder and th right midfielder for egypt were very good.
I honestly think egypt will do well and will trouble the Italians. Its amazing their bottom of their group for the world cup qualifiers

Unlucky and perhaps controversial the way they went down in the last few minutes, however, they seem certain to push the other sides in the group all the way!
Ps - De Rossi, Pirlo and G Rossi are a bunch of superstars!
agreed hes a shocker, i dont know how he got the nod ahead of maicon.. Dunga puzzles me with most of the decisions with the starting XI and overall squad selection as well..Litmanen wrote:adriano10 wrote:Egypt were great I thought, they didn't seem phased by the opposition and showed them enough respect to realise who they were playing against but still go all guns blazing..

I actually think it took them too long to wake up.
Kaka`'s first goal was soft IMO,first defender backed out of a header, and the second one thought a fresh air swing was neccessary....
Third goal was a result of some bad marking.
I don't know if i'm the only person, but i shiraz hate Dani Alves, i don't know what it is, but i just think he overrated big time... Taking free kicks ahead of Kaka`, motoring down the wing and losing the ball or playing a high ball from nowhere, to a 1 v 3 situation for Fabiano... his lack of simple play annoys me...
