A-Elizabeth Vale 1 V Salisbury Inter 2
B-Elizabeth Vale 0 V Salisbury Inter 3
C-Elizabeth Vale 3 V Salisbury Inter 2
Great Effort from the first team and the reserves today, deserved the 3pts in both grades. First win for the first team, hopefully we can go on with it now and pick up some more wins.
Dalakis and Crowe the scorers, hope I have written there names correctly.

A good game in the slippery conditions, both teams had their chances to win it in the 2nd half, it was 1-1 for a very long time in the game, it looked as it was going to finish 1-1 but Easties sealed the win in the 90th min.eric the great wrote:vikings 1-2 phe a's

Dont usually comment about the ref's standards but jesus was he bad for both teams, I wish he had just let the game flow and stop blowing his whistle every minute.
Re: SUNDAY LEAGUE RESULTS - 17/05/09
I dont know what all the talk about was about B.L. very average team. Bosna should had at least 3 more towards the end. B.L. only can run put a bit of pressure and they are know where. Well done BosnaTuncay wrote:Brahma Lodge v Bosna

Blue Eagles 1
Croatia 0
Couldve gone either way.
Both teams had many chances.
We have to learn games are 90 minutes long.
Not 88.

Heard that Vista smashed San Marco 6-0 which puts them clear on top. Munno Para beat Raptors 1 -0 and the Grove beat TTG 5-2.
Great results by Vista and Grove- intersted to hear the scorers in such high goal scoring games.

Peter McDermott must have made a difference to TTG.....maybe he might end up back at Gleeson chasing 3 points by the years end.East 17 wrote:Heard that Vista smashed San Marco 6-0 which puts them clear on top. Munno Para beat Raptors 1 -0 and the Grove beat TTG 5-2.

5 from last years A squad are still playing A's.
3-4 have opted for B's for various reasons.
3-4 of last years B's have come up and a couple new faces'
A few more lost the batle with their stomachs and have retired.
