A's
I was cooking the BBQ all day so didn't see much of the game. From what I saw, Pontians have a good enough midfield, creativity up front but no defence. Whilst we played well, Pontian certainly tried and created some opportunities but they were very leaky from the back. Paul Jones hatrick was good and the other goals came from Evan, Scotty, Dave Eggers and I'm not sure who else.

B's
I saw even less of this game. We went two up quickly and were never really headed. Cracking goal from Imanoutlaw. Goal of the day and possibly year for sure. Good to see the boys score some goals after a lean run. We sit third from bottom but have the second best goal difference A few players to come into the team and a couple of C teamers pushing for selection to.

C's
Not a bad game. Pontian had the better of the first half but didn't take their chances. We were much better in the second and pushed the ball around and used our fitness to our advantage. Josh scored a penelty which Brooker won, then Josh gave away a goal lol to make it 1-1. A quick counter attack and a great turn saw Mark score late to make it 2-1 to my kids.

Poor crowd but its was raining all day and very cold. The weather didn't help the skill of the game but in the end, 3 wins for the Farm.

The Over 35's were beaten 5-1 by the Vale. We had a squad of 15 and I think 9 of them ended up injuried or went in injuried.

Not bad for an old fart (crew head) hey nugget, knew that was coming and here's an explanation for u, because we're 1st and parafield are where? oh yeh, 5 points behind in 4th. Ingle farm, Westies and us have played the same bottom 3. we played and beat the vale and u lost to them, so u have had a slightly harder start to the season than the top 3, but early points are crucial in winning any league, no matter who u play. Say that to the Farm or Westies as well than, not just about Florina. we have been playin some good soccer and when we come to playing Parafield, expect nuthin less, and for the record, i think we will finish above you in the league. We have all gelled and have recruited very well, so we will take a beating from any team mate. So don't come on here and say we have played crap teams and that's why we are there, bollocks, and you know that. Still 4 from 4 and on 12 points. No one else can say that. and you can take that to the Bank!

I think its time you stuck to worrying about the spits M Andrea. Bring you cooker to the Farm later in the season for us

I really wouldn't like to be at Florina when they start losing games. Your coach is a nut case. I hope he continues to carry on like a pork chop and abuse his players when they miss a cross or pass in wet windy conditions. As soon as you start losing games the wheels will fall off. I think you were in a similar position last year, beat us easily at home, said we'd get relegated and we finished above you

Don't write off Pontians yet, they definitely have the ability to splash the cash and attract players with $$$. A friend of mine has gone there for that reason. The word from him is that Pezos has 3 or so quality Feds players on there way in the next week or so.
