trials - u15 sasi or development squad ?
i've heard through the grapevine that there are currently trials for selected u15 players - is this for the SASI squad or u15 state development squad ?
Re: trials - u15 sasi or development squad ?
Thought SASI squad had been picked or can SASI bring players in at any time during the season

Coaches - the clubs were not even told these trials were going on or requested to send players out it just happened same as they weren't advised about the recent U14 trails. Some of the players that were overlooked and told they had not made the squad was intersting. Still not heard anything so as the ad says - Dont Wait To be Told!
They could be used to compliment SASI/state team going to nationals but why was the squad not selected at the end of last season to give them 12 months to prepare and allow them to bring players in they may see while there out watching the u15 games
- someone has got it all wrong.

Not much of this makes any sense.
Is there some sort of secret society out there that deals with these matters and how much does it cost to become a member?

it's a systemic problem - just look at the 13's State Selections.
SA finished 4th – only above WA, Northern NSW, ACT, TAS.
Not wanting to take anything away from the kids that made it - good on them, well done, congrat's but with the team consisting of only about half of walk up start players, you have to question the selection of those who made it against some notable exceptions from around the clubs.
I'm now hearing from parents that they didn't even bother sending their kids out to trial in the first place - hmm??
Where's the consultation between the FFSA and the academy coaches/club coaches/STIC coaches, etc whom have seen the kids for longer than 5 mins (figuratively speaking).
This secret society appears to be gaining momentum??!!

they are simply talented players trialling out for state, but in front of noel clark, which happens to be at sasi.
all these new players are just trialling out for the state squad, but most of the people, not all, are better than the ones out there anyway
