It was serious when Stirling got beat the year before, but not when the saturday boys are on top.

It's great for debate, but Vale stopped only when they imploded - they were leading the match...

i must agree 6 2 doesnt sound good but i can assure u that the score for the that game doesnt for 1 moment reflect the differences in those 2 teams last season. I think u all know that too.... dont get me wrong, im dying to see a competitive fixture like this each year so we can make true comparison, but something needs change wheather it be venue, date or even prize money. Who knows? A-league curtain raiser, or even just play it on hindmarsh..........thatll get ppl pumped up to play.

I don't think anyone playing it goes into it not taking it seriously.

basically its a nothing cup at the moment, it shouldnt be but it is. how can u change this?

Obviously the Vale didn't take it seriously enough because the last time they kicked a ball was the last league game while on the othere hand the Wanderers kept trainning....

Increased the Prize money, play it at Hindmarsh, increase the Prestige.... also I think a name change to maybe

I think a name change but dont play it at Hindmarsh. Not enough people go to it. I like it at Adelaide City's ground
