I had planned to go on Tuesday but a combination of work, dogs and other things put a stop to that! But i still went for a 10 km run along the Glenelg/Brighton/Seacliff beaches and the sights were well worth the effort

Nah, haven't been there either for a couple of weeks! Two guys from the gym are fighting in the Knees of Fury on Saturday so the training and Sparring would have been intense since XMAS !I am too lazy and soft for that

I will be plodding around in the B's this weekend...and for the rest of the season! Manca is slowly noticing I have no touch and can't pass,shoot or head!

It'll let us get back into practise for the normal hungover Sunday attempt at football.

Thanks... The new coach has attracted a few players to West Beach! We also had a few missing .. but the signs are good!!A few more matches under the belt and we should be all ready for the start of Div 2.

1) Jay didn't have any Yiros on the go....Some of us West Beach Boys were hung over to F@#k from the all day Bucks show the Day before ! A few beers and a yiros would have hit the spot after the game

2) Big Dan scored with a free kick... Not going to hear the end of that for a couple of season at least !!

Sorry guys, I had 6 of the usual helpers away so no BBQ sorry. I had enough to do on the day without having to cook also.

Cheers again for coming down guys. A very very good team you have there and I think you will come straight back up. With that team playing for you last season, you could of challenged for the top 4.
