split womens comp in sa... what the hell is going on...???

Hey all.. so I've been out of the loop for, well, a while now.. and looking to get back into it.. BUT.. what the hell is going on with womens soccer in this state?????

Splitting into 2 leagues? How does THAT work.. what are the implications for teams that leave errr... SAWSA or whateva they're calling themselves this week.. Is it a shittier competition without prospects of betterment ie formerly div 1 clubs being able to 'better' themselves win leagues and get to prems...?? U know a traditional 'league' format???

And SAWSA...or yeah, as I said whateva they're calling themselves now... No reserves???? What kind of a joke is that really?? Someone tell me how that is supposed to boost the womens game in our state...??

For a lot of years I've watched as the game/league here has been restructured,redesigned, reformatted to try to improve soccer in S.A, but these latest changes seem extreme and like they are just gonna basically wreck it all!!

Does it matter how many leagues there are, just pick a team and go play,simple as that.
