Arsenal v Bolton Wanderers

Post by Missing Post Count »

The Gunners have won the last five matches in a row against Bolton in all competitions.
Arsenal have gone six games without defeat in the Premier League – their longest run since March last year.
Bolton have taken the lead in three of the last four league games, only to lose them all.
There have been red cards in three of the last five meetings in all competitions.
The Trotters have won only one of their last 17 Premier League trips to the capital.
Gary Megson’s side have conceded 10 headed goals – more than any other team this season.
Bolton have only had six different goalscorers in the league this season – a joint-league low with Portsmouth.
64% of Bolton’s goals have been scored in the first half this season – the highest proportion in the top division.
Bolton haven’t won away at Arsenal since January 1962 – they did win an FA Cup replay at Highbury in February 1994.
In the 13 league meetings since in north London, Arsenal have won 13 and three have been draws.
Kevin Davies has been booked in five of his last six league games against the Gunners and his overall tally of nine bookings when playing Arsenal is more than against any other club.

arsenal always hav problem when they play against bolton except for last match ..
so i'd said a 1-1 draw ..

but steinson isnt playing in this game and i really think he did pretty well for this season .. big loss for bolton ..
but still taylor for the secure :)

I really doubt the facts that bodo posted ..
FROM MY MEMORY, Bolton ALWAYS GET A POINT OR 3 POINTS against Arsenal for the past few seasons .. maybe someone should double check on bodo's facts !!

bolton are arsenal's bogey side AT THE REEBOK. not the emirates. plus, this is a different bolton squad than the usual allardyce squad. BUT they do have davies with his lil flick on header goals. they are a MAJOR problem.

bolton WERE Arsenal's bogey team, before 2 league wins at the Reebok in the past 2 years for Arsenal has ended that trend

3-1 Gooners, all in the second half.
I think, Adebayore, v Persie, maybe Nasri.
