ive taken a back seat on the forum especially now that ive been apponted but where do you get off referring to me as an assistant coach of C2???? vag and dave wouldnt know a coach even if a helicopter carrying lippi, capello, ferguson and vidmar crashed into their respective homes!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......................................................................... :wink: :lol:

Yes the club is pleased to announce Ang Pezos as first team coach for season 2009.
The club couldn't look past the exceptional job he did as an assistant coach with our C2 team in 2008 in helping guide the team to the premiership.
So good luck to Ang in season 2008, details of pre-season happening i'm sure will appear on page 33 of this thread shortly.

I hear there is possibly an even bigger announcement looming for a c team coaching position. Maybe you can enlighten us all LFC8???

Spoke to Bill last night and told him how pleased I was to have him on board. Sorry to "steal" your B's coach though and I know he had to think long and hard before over ruling his heart and leaving Raptors. Maybe it could mean a few of you getting out to support us this year!

Yeah Maxin, pencil in pre-season for end of Jan. I'd imagine our annual 20-20 cricket game will kick off proceedings.

As for recruiting for the committee, i have spoken to one or two who seem interested. Would be great to get some new (or old) faces on board.

did anyone hear our very own james mccance on 5AA??? he was on as 'acting president/chairman of he orgon donor association'.
they say that TV adds 5kg to your weight, but afer what i heard today, radio puts on a couple of handbags and scarfs. his voice was all high and whiney!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

can someone get the word out about getting the boys together once a week (say Wed/Thurs) for a seven-a-side kick around before pre-season

i know a few of the boys were interested in having a kick to get back into things before our 20 minute runs and beep tests!

Hey Popov, it might be a good idea to post the date that our pre-season training starts, it seems as though other clubs are doing it and potential new players would have no idea where and when we are starting, just a suggestion.
