I consider Futsal as the serious sport, and Rebound as a social thing. The problem i see is breakaway Futsal comps where the rules are modified. These places should have proper rules enforced.

Arguing Rebound should be removed is like arguing indoor cricket should be stopped too, it's something completely different.

I play Futsal 3 nights a week, and a night of rebound too ( with some friends who aren't that good), and it actually relaxes me a bit more for my more serious games, i think there is a place for it.

I personally think it's fun and a good relaxing alternative to futsal. I'd be dissapointed if they removed it.

That's a sensible post. I played rebound when I was in Perth and I enjoyed it. Where do they play it here and do they have a competition on a friday night?

I play at Stepney on Friday night, I used to play at Windsor Gardens on Fridays, but i live down south so the distance became an issue.

I think Abefoyle hub might have a comp too. ( not sure if that is Fridays though)

i used to play at stepney, never played futsal (actually I have but didn't realise I had - my English side used to play it for training but just called it 5 a side). I prefer "rebound" as it's a faster more flowing game.
Things I am owed because they're too tight to pay up:

Colossus: One House

Costa: One Lunch

Oh and add in

Colossus: one photo and one letter from his "attorney".

Ingle farm have a hard floor rebound version of futsal with height restrictions and such makes the step from indoor and futsal alot easier as i have found i also play in the sunday night comp and its ok exept for the step inside the circle rule. friday night at windsor is a good comp just as competative as sundays just with a much higher standard of footy. Other venues i have played "rebound" or indoor at are: Stepney, Modbury and Brahma Lodge and these are all carpet comps. All places have pros and cons i.e. referee quality, equiptment quality etc. but all in all a good kick around for most. pm me for any indoor details :D
