Good luck girls
Re: Adelaide United vs Perth Glory
All I have to say is 'lol' at tonight's game.
3-1 to Perth.
Scalzi with the goal from a Cockayne cross, that was the only class play of the night.

OK Now don't come and tell me that is Wendy's and Kevin's fault!
The team has got no shape they have no idea.
We know the girls and we shouldn't make them feel too bad about it it's obviously not their fault. They work hard out there and yes the coach had 'only' three months to make the team but that's the same with other teams. Don't come and tell me that Perth have such fantastic players and we in SA are behind bla bla bla! We have some very good players too, who play in national teams etc. The truth is that Barnett and AU were absolutely NOT able to field a decent squad despite we have decent players in this state who consistently do well at State comps. Does Perth have a much better team than us??? NO WAY! BUT they are better organized and even if they were the worst team (IMO) in the league they creamed us TWICE scoring SIX goals in two games. I'm sorry but the way it is AU is a joke and the coach and club should be held responsible. That's it. Next year it's gonna be the same, men's coach, men's club, interstate players etc. Great job no shite!

this is my point mistake by number 11 cost us the first goal. i dont understand when a player is good enough to play for australia under 17s yet cant get a full game with the bottom team in the league, as i said before and ill say it again no 11 is to fricken slow, the amount of room perth had in the midfield cause how slow number 11 was is a problem, i thought number 12 fought her bottom off in the midfield. number 10 hoggs the ball to much and always tries to take on the defenders,
this a sore point for me, as a keeper of 30 years you dont warm up a keeper by the subs cracking shots at you, this is were the coach needs shagging, when number 14 came on she played well...last but not least i thought our number 2 was bog, our keepers need a lot of work, crossing etc and the way there were warmed up , we will not get bums on seats if we keep playing the way we played, we went to the kick and hope style again, things can only improve, get a coach that understands the womans game, and trust me it is different to the mens game,in closing we need to sign local players that can train with the team every session, that is called team building
Re: Adelaide United vs Perth Glory
did you see the whole warm up? in our defence (and i dont normally comment) the warm up is fine. its just not implemented the same as when the GK coach is there!

yes i did.,,,i was there watching the curtain raiser, and ive seen a few games this year. i cant remember when beltrame was taking the warm up the subs cracking shots for about 5 mins at the keeper, this is just my opinion
