Congrats to Motts and all the boys on a history breaking year for the Mighty Downs Soccer Club. Its been a pleasure supporting the boys all year and I am sure this is the first of more to come.

To watch Tony Reeves (who was once a Downs junior player) slot home the Div 1 Championship sealer against Inter (who lured his big brother George away in the early 80's) was sweet! Especially since many of the boys were also former Downs juniors.
However, despite all the joy of the Downs victory, it was sad (not) to see such a poor turn out of Inter supporters.
