Good appointment but it kills off any chance I had of luring Ryan Kaftan to the Farm

I know of a few names "thinking of" or "have" put their names in the hat but cannot disclose as yet.

Sounds like a case of sour grapes. I have had numerous coaches over the years who have excelled well, were very much liked by all at the club and have remained there for quite a few years.
