Re: SERIE A SACKINGS
Always had a soft spot for the Tinkerman.
What a lot of people dont realise is the importance of the loss vs Napoli.
When Amauri scored with little over 20mins to go i thought we were done and dusted. To pull the 2-1 result was extaordinary!
Had Juve held on to the 1-0 margin it would have sent Juve on 12 points and only 4 points behind leaders Inter and relegated Napoli to the bottom half of the ladder for the first time this season.
I must say i would have loved to have know what was going thru Ranieri's mind as he walked off the San Paolo last weekend.
A desolute figure, head bowed, no eye contact marching into the Juve rooms to address his players.
Nevertheless a team with 10 pretty much first team players out to lose 2-1 vs Napoli at our ground aint no shame in that.
AND to turn it around and defeat Real Madrid 3 days after shows GREAT BALLS OF STEEL.
Also: Napoli rarely or if anything drop points at Night Fixtures at the San Paolo.

Although he saved our bacon last year...i have to agree - a win against LECCE is imperative - or come monday he will be looking for a new job...Bianchi9Amaranto wrote:Damn right it is,Blue Mastiff wrote:Its time to go..................ORLANDI.
