Don't under estimate the Wanderers, they have a lot of experienced players....
Having said that Wanderers did lose 2-5 to West Beach in the Cup ?
Also, why are they playing at Adelaide City's ground.
Why not let an Amateur Club benefit from the day...ie West Beach is a good playing surface ?

Yeah, my bad, you're right.
Wanderers lost to African United Allstars 5-6 (penalties I assume)

I was at both of those. Africa finished 2-2, then won 4-3 on penalties.

I'd say the two clubs involved will take it very seriously. As for which league is better... it's not really worth arguing about.

I'd agree mate, should support the Amateur league and play at an Amateur ground!!
But now we know the venue, it'd be great for as many people as possible to get out there - even the neutrals to see the SAASL is a great competition.

May the vest team win.

Does this mean they can charge an admission fee now?
....He's sick.
My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy she knows that he was going with this girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 flavours last night. Guess it's pretty serious

I dont think they will charge an admission fee. When the Downs played the vale in 2007 in the Chickenman Cup we playecd it there with no admin fee. We actually made a day of it and had the reserves there before as well.

Was better this year after when it was at argana. Heaps bigger crowd out.

You may find it is being played there due to many councils already moving the goals for the cricket season.
Playford council installed our junior goals for 7 a side yeaterday, so you may find outher councils are the same.
I think my drinking club has a soccer problem.....

Why is the game on a Sunday?

This would most definately, favour the vale and their supporters.

I will try and get down there, GO THE WANDERER'S!

Should have been Friday night at Hindmarsh, this would be 100% neutral, and boy I recknon, you'd
sell the place out. Whatever it cost to hire Hindmarsh, the SAASL, should have invested in these
two teams to play there, this is the least they deserve, for being respective champions of their
top divisions on their days.

(Mabye I can pick Alepou up, he's a Wanderer's supporter  )

Tomorrow should be out anyways, because there is an Adelaide United game on + something else happening in Victoria... Hindmarsh would have been nice, it's looking a treat at the moment too!! Especially when Cornflakes scored that header!!

Considering Bob D is the guy who is paying for all the prize money I would say it is the least that we can do. Its called looking after your sponsors. It gets Best Bricks, Adelaide City and Oakden Central some exposure so good on them.

There's a park not far from there in navigator drive, but in the ground itself I couldn't tell you.

There is plenty of space to kick around, 2 pitches there as well as some spare ground near the road as well (it's fenced in as well, so road is not an issue. There is not a playground though, you would have to go into Northgate for that.
