players that have played in prems arn't allowed to play any divisions lower than reserves, i think.

sooo get over it OLYMPIC girls won fair and square we didnt cheat or change wat ever oir stack u have really got to deal with the fact that we played as a team and won thats all there is u lost u didnt even get the ball in our half u got it there twice in the whole game so i dont knw if ur jst being a sore looser or watever and trying to find anything to blame the loss on but the record stands we won 6-0 fair and square

Why was there not a slight interest in the facts that were presented last week?

modbury played a good game. its jus funny that the two previous games were modbry win 1 nil and the other was nil nil draw. why wen we was playing for the league winner use smash us 6 nil... its jus a tad funny.. and them 6 girls supporting ya the girls sitting on the bench all in a strip??

Ok Ill give you my view, I watched Modbury play all year. The 2 Games against Olympic were very close and entertaining BUT they were a Div 4 Standard (Not knocking anyone) the girls put in 100% and try and play flowing football, Its Div 4 and a few girls from Modbury are first or second year players so the control sometimes isnt that flash the passes dont always go where they are aimed a few chances that should have gone in were missed and there wasnt a game plan as such (Sorry Adam and Noah ) and twice we played Olympic and they were very similar. THEN fastrack to Sundays Olympic team they DESTROYED Modbury by playing triangle football, playing the way you faced, first touch was awesome (Im talking controlling the ball on your chest to your foot in one motion) playing wide and crossing the ball to be smashed into the net, running of your players and overlapping, corners that were swung into the box and headers were timed and on target, the goalkeeper throwing the ball to fullbacks. Now sorry to be technical BUT that wasnt displayed anywhere else in DIV 4 all year. BUT if thats how Olympic had to win the league well THATS THE SHAME and even more ITS A FEATHER IN MODBURYS CAP as they had to do this to win. The 2 teams actually ended up with the same win loss draw ratio BUT OLYMPIC won the league on Goal Average.

At the end of the day I believe theres a way to win and a way not to win and what happened on Sunday wasnt the way.

The thing I was most disapointed in was that it put a huge dampner on the Modbury girls after the game so can I say to the Modbury team it was a pleasure watching you girls this year to do what you done in the clubs first year in womens football was second to none. I think you should all hold your heads up high on what was a fantastic season YOU GOT PROMOTED.The support there for the team on Sunday was Fantastic and you done us all proud.
