The Adelaide Olympic Junior Football Club seeks applications from qualified persons for the following positions:

• COACHING DIRECTORS
1. To develop players aged between 5 & 11 years old
2. To develop players aged between 12 & 17 years old.

• COACHING POSITIONS
for all teams
Development (5-6 year olds) and
Under 8’s through to Under 17’s

I hope Olympic will learn from past mistakes and appoint a senior coach on a fixed 3 year term and give him a major role in appointing and training his assistants and the Junior coaches.

The aim has to be to develop the clubs junior players to be able to make the 1st team and be ready to play the role required of him without being completely re-coached.

All teams from U/14 upwards should be palying the same system.

Teams under that age group should be learning skills and tactics.
