a very gd effort put in by the NAB boys compared to last times disgrace in the boys dropping their heads early leaving NAB with an embaressing loss. NAB did well to hold SASI to a 4-1 win. 2-0 at half time, 4-1 full time. all in all a pretty clean game, and enjoyable game to watch. if only we(NAB) could play like that every wk!

The boys played well, managed to stay tight with SASI for most periods of the game and not allowing the girls to play the ball around the park so easily like last time. Had two young kids from the u14s who played very well and one got on the scoresheet. SASI girls are a well drilled unit and will hopefully get placed back into the u16s league.
what?

Well done to both teams.
2 reasons for the different result I think;
1) The boys have improved.
2) The girls had 3 key players missing, one of whom is their main goal scorer.

SASI also had an U14 girl playing this time, set 2 goals up and nearly got on the scoresheet. :wink:

The girls definately looked a lot younger. Quigley was missing and would have done further damage to the scoreline. Number 2 had a very good game for the girls.

ye it is probably true that S.A.S.Igirls would have contributed more 2 the soreline if 3 of their key players were out, but not just that S.A.S.I only played paps 4 1 half, which is understandable. i was playin for NAB and she (paps as they call her) :) was obviosly 1 of the most standout players in the 1st half, even last time she dominated.
