i agree raiders would be up there for one of the worst. Main pitch is in a poor state and the junior pitch has a garden on the corner closest to the main pitch. There is about 5 square meters of some sort of cabbage that stops the ball from going out.

Green always looks good, doesnt matter what it is thats actually green though

Lettuce, and might plant a few more olive trees close by

Seriously, our pitches are'nt great at the start of the year, but they dont deteriorate much during the year which is a good thing I suppose

Some grounds are beautiful at the start of the year, but by this time of year are absolutely atrocious, no green stuff anywhere, just brown, sloppy stuff, and you need a jackhammer to get it off the kids
