Can anyone help out?

Hi all,

I just wanted to know if anyone knows where I can find the download of the football/soccer rules and guidelines. I once saw it on the net as a document you could download but I have since forgotten where I last saw it. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it.

Football Laws Of The Game in general or the SAASL's rules (ie registration and the like)?
