Best Players in Div 2.

Post by Ballsteen »

The boys in the first div have one, so why not do one for the closest league??

GK- Maco's keeper is not bad
D - Innes from Farm, calm on the ball, great touch, makes challenges.
M - Dunt from PHE, only because he is hard to mark up on. Good in the air, good motor, hard, and neat top in goal scoring.
F - Have to be Krollig (PHE) or Rutter (Farm) all other strikers ive seen arent that great?

Best ground = Fulham. Great playing surface!!! One of the best in Div 1 or two i reckon??

West Beach's striker is a good player, dunno his name.

Eowin O'Neil at PHE is one of the best sweepers I've seen

Maco's keeper is excellent

Chris and Dave Ennis both good at Farm.

You'll find most clubs have 4 - 5 really good players i reckon

would have to disagree on the sweeper,i rekon vista has one that is as good if not better in C antonoff.solid as a north-ride-bullock.

well i was waiting for my name to crop up.......(took far too long for my liking)but thanx anyway.........ok now i no i'm KING MUPPET but alas even i can't be so humble as to accept the nomination.there was once a time that maybe just maybe i'd slip my name in the mix but not anymore :( no no i'll be ok its all good, every dog has its day and my day is dogged.(or whatever)and the fact i've only played 15 minutes also goes against the vote.

Gareth was great player for PHE. Very consistent for the season. Unfortunately he leaves for home back to Wales on saturday. He will be sorely missed.
But on the brighter side for PHE, they are set to get a great new player for the last couple of rounds. He is in talks at the moment and we hope to see him out there very soon.

Hey BULLDOG.....I saw those 15 mins. you played and if it wasn't for the unnecessary catcalls from your own supporters , and guffaws of laughter as you raced towards goal....well who knows what might have been.
Was it really a backpass?
Why are people so unkind?

You do know me BULLDOG..don't get out to many senior games.
My commitments are with a Junior team at Vista, bit of talent too, some real quality coming through.
Might ask for your services on a Wed. night soon...just don't take any of our finishing drills.

your messing with my mind now BIG MAC did i once apologise about the seniors abuse on the side lines??and i'd be more than happy to take your lads for training, and even shooting drills(cos a good coach doesn't have to be a good player.......i'm proof of that).were away this week to pumas and yes i'm on the bench only due to lack of numbers.

Make that 2 of us.... at least you don't get nose bleed and your ears don't pop near goals like my good self.
Always beware of errant balls on the Golden Way on a Wed. night...knew they should have built that fence 10m higher.

Thomo, the left back for vista, one of the most solid and consistant players in the league, Colin the sweeper for vista is very reliable.
I know Owen from PHE is a good player, have a lot of respect for him but against us at least has definately not been at his best this year does seem to faulter under pressure from strickers, but like i said thats just against us he could of been awesome in all other games for all i know. He molds himself on is older brother doesn't he vista buoy

Nah that number 13 is a dirty player.

The Limnos no 8 is one of this league's finest, as it will show in the Player of the Year Award at the end of year. Only if we had 8 more just like him, then we would be much higher in the table.
