I'm gonna weigh in on this one and mention that you are not doing your clubs poor reputation or your own credibility any favours by coming on here and advocating violence or hurling abuse at random people (no less Bodo, king of the Forum). Your club won't survive long if you continue to adopt this aggressive mentality (violence, whether it is retaliation or not, is still violence and I'd suggest there are only so many times it can happen before even the slow moving SAASL act).

Do yourself a favour, if you really care for your club and want to survive, focus your energy on what your club needs to do on the park to stop these incidents happening. Building a positive reputation and realtionship with other clubs speaks louder than defending your club with abuse on a forum.

That may be the case, but that did not start randomly out of nowhere. It takes a long time to build a good reputation and a few incidents to strip it away. But the more incidents you are involved in, the more people are going to talk. Vllaznia had a very poor reputation (obviously) and the new metamorphisis of that club is not doing much better because they keep getting involved in 'antisocial' (to put it lightly) incidents. You may be right, maybe certain incidents were not initiated by the Black Eagles but their poor reputation will lead people to these conclusions.

Black Eagles need to work hard to clean up their image and, if they are indeed on the recieving end, this means being smarter by not retaliating. Looking at the Div. 4 table Black Eagles still have a very good chance of winning promotion, but the big question mark will be do they have the discipline?

3 deduct say eight or ten points from them. fair to all clubs
4 suspend them from the whole second round. six games. a game against every other club. fair to all clubs

and what have they done?

suspend them for one game. and award a 2-0 win to their opponents
then do it again
then do it again
why?
it won't be fair now till they have done it against every other team.
it's not fair to the other clubs that are not due to play them yet.

The way I always understood this situation being handled, was that if a team vacates the league, regardless of reason, all teams scheduled to play them in future would receive a 2:0 win, as the fixture would be regarded as a forfeit. Any previous results stand, and the rest are forfeited, regardless on whether other teams think it's fair or not.

We're talking about a club that is more likely to be kicked out than vacating.
Either way it defeats the purpose of ejecting clubs if they allow clubs to re-enter under new names the next season.

Mind you, we don't hear about Maiwand as much as we used to, although results are going their way.

Hawkesy once asked me about the Buffers and if they had any relevance to the Tigers or All Stars. I wasn't sure at the time but someone was wearing a Buffers tracksuit top at the Allstars v Wanderers cup match the other day.

I still think it's odd that the SAASL makes 'guilty' clubs to forfiet one or two matches because penalizes other teams as well.
