Elizabeth Grove - Adelaide Croatia - Grove at home should get the points.

Fulham United - Adelaide Pumas - Fulham should account for the Pumas at home.

Re: Sunday Div 2 - Round 10
ISC Raptors - Salisbury Inter - In my opinion this will definitely be game of the round. Inter who have been flying in the first half of the year will be feeling the pressure to maintain what they have achieved and continue it on into the 2nd half of the season. The Raptor boys have got it all ahead of them and can't take anything less than a win if they're to remain in contention for a promotion spot this year. Inter with their predictable long ball game to their in-form strikers JM and CG will be looking to these 2 to repeat the dosage of their round 1 feat. Raptors will have to be on their game, and can't afford to be caught napping in the first 20 mins. If they can do this, and come out playing the brand of football i've seem them play over the last couple of weeks I'm predicting an upset. Raptors 2-1
Elizabeth Grove - Adelaide Croatia - Grove coming off a massive upset in the cup over the weekend will be looking tom ake it 2 wins from 2 starts and gain some momentum in the league where they have been a very in-consistant side. Croatia who have been struggling all season, are looking forward to turning their season around and gaining maximum points here to try and stave off an iminent relegation back to the 3rd division. I'm prediciting a home win to Grove, because they have looked a good side but lacked that consistancy. Grove 2-0
Modbury Vista - Bosna Adelaide - Vista who have found some form of late, will be looking to back their cup win up against a Bosna side that played good football in patches. The way Vista's pitch is looking at the moment, and with the forecast of rain over the weekend this game could turn into a scrappy affair which will see the winner move 3 points clear of the other. Vista 3-2
Fulham United - Adelaide Pumas - After a Hudini act against the Raptors, Fulham will be looking to assert their game again this week against a rising Pumas. The Puma boys will be without a few key defenders as they've left for Europe but Jack has got this well balanced side playing with heart and spirit and it will take Fulham every trick in the book to outplay this side who are 1 point off of 3rd. Pumas are within striking distance of 3rd and a win on sunday will see it move to within 2 points of 2nd place Fulham. They have a lot to play for if they want to be looking at a promotion spot into Div 1 next year. Draw 1-1
Southern Knights - Tea Tree Gully - Gully make the trek up South Road this week to take on Southern Knights in what poses as a danger match for them. Gully who were sitting comfortably in fourth only a couple points off the leading teams now see themselves tied on points with the knights as only goal difference is seperating the two. Both teams will be looking for the maximum 3 points on sunday to help stay in touch with the leading teams and a loss here will almost certainly reduce the loser into a mid-table finish for season 08. This game will come down to who is better prepared and who wants it more and thats why i'm picking the knights. Knights 2-1 on their home turf

Not a bad write up mate but Vista's A's were knocked out of the cup in the first round against the Cove. Their reserves are still there after beating the Adelaide Tigers 3-0 last weekend I think you got mixed up.medallion wrote:ISC Raptors - Salisbury Inter - In my opinion this will definitely be game of the round. Will Vista have super Gannon playing, not the coach but his son??? I predict after seeing him at Campbeltown and once this year at Modbury that he will get hurt in the amateur league as he can not tackle..... Thats if players can catch him

Are you saying he has signed for vista?Kick Start wrote:Will Vista have super Gannon playing, not the coach but his son??? I predict after seeing him at Campbeltown and once this year at Modbury that he will get hurt in the amateur league as he can not tackle..... Thats if players can catch him
waste of talent if he has
why would he go there?
why did he leave jets?
did vista have to pay anything to campbeltown or modbury for his services?
agreed he cant tackle to save his life
Re: Sunday Div 2 - Round 10
Sorry Ronnie, your right but they did get an important win the week before. So in saying that, and if the news is true about Gannon then I would still be tipping Vista to win.Ronnie#10 wrote:Not a bad write up mate but Vista's A's were knocked out of the cup in the first round against the Cove. That's alright mate & your right they did have a good win the week before. No offense to anyone at Vista but I don't see why Gannon has come back to the amateur league? He should still be in the Federation set-up somewhere as he still young.

ISC Raptors - Salisbury Inter - inter but if raptors get an early goal it will be very very tight
Elizabeth Grove - Adelaide Croatia - Elizabeth - but who cares.
Modbury Vista - Bosna Adelaide - bosna bouncing back now 4 of their players are back from overseas - it could be a very different side that got wholloped at nights
Fulham United - Adelaide Pumas - Pumas for the upset, big tackles to frighten off fulham
Southern Knights - Tea Tree Gully - Nights in goal scoring form and for the second time this season have a full strength side (the last being against Bosna 8-2)
