Drago resigns - Hunt steps in
Drago has resigned from USC Lion, leaving caretaker manager Russell Hunt to take the reigns. The boys seemed bouyed by the move and there is a new sense of motovation in the camp.

Has the money run out?redders wrote:Drago has resigned from USC Lion
So why were you surprised when I hinted earlier in the season that the coach may have been the reason why certain players left before the season even started?redders wrote:The boys seemed bouyed by the move and there is a new sense of motovation in the camp

A massive responsibility lumped upon a pair of young shoulders. Good luck to him though. It will be interesting to see if it has an impact on his on-field performance.

Re: Drago resigns - Hunt steps in
I was supportive of Drago but in the end the decision was best for both parties. We are looking for a permanent coach. Maybe you could take up the reigns RealOne???? Would be good to see you come out, alot of things will be changing, hopefully for the best.the REAL one wrote:hahaha good 2 see he had ur support!!!redders wrote:Go you reds wrote:Why did he resign redders?? Re: Drago resigns - Hunt steps in
yes the talk from yuri is that a new coach will be taking over tommorrow at training.
hopefully having a coach turn up to training might inspire some of the players that only want to turn up on sunday to come and sample what tuesday and fridays have to offer
Think the new coaches name is Steve Pappas.
(sorry if I butchered your name coach )

Will he dust off the cob webs and play against a side he should of played for in his past! I know who much it will mean to him to get a result against the Pontians!

to Bill training has been changed to 6:45 Friday if you are keen so are we
To all other Lion players same message be there at 6:30 on the track at 6:45 .
Tuesday was a really good session for those who attended and stef wants to see more of us out there so he can get to know his players and see what they can do.
cmon boys if the fattest guy in the club can get out for training twice a week sureley you skinny lads can make an effort.
Who knows we might even start playing like a team
