Is there any way you can get Setanta without fox? how does that work? I thought i could go with just the 8 SBS games but this is killing me, its off to the Setanta web site I go.

Yes you can, by installing an 80cm satellite dish pointing at the optus D2 satellite.ramosrules wrote:Is there any way you can get Setanta without fox? how does that work? I thought i could go with just the 8 SBS games but this is killing me, its off to the Setanta web site I go.

Connect your computer to your TV.il duce wrote:yeh ill probably end up with Setanta, simply cause my TV is so bottle of shiraz good, watching it on the pc is cabernet, no lounge room celebrations, no couch etc, only 1 person can watch cause the screen is so f*cken small.
any fuckups and I wont be happy
If you have a newish plasma/LCD, their is a outlet for you to connect it to it.

The LCD in my room is only 66cm and still any stream <550kbps is absolutely terrible.
+750kbps is where its half decent..

Haven't experienced any problems since Saturday so hopefully it is all sorted out.

sentanta is doing fine job i think they showed games off BBC HD so its not them, its poofy cheap skates FOXTEL service that sucks.
FOXTEL SERVICE SUCKS! picture aint the best is it, constant muckups, they want you to pay for their HD service while rest of the world uses HD for free, go figure. By the way anyone sell chips? They are bit like golden chef trucks, pay 3times more for plastic salads.

Ordered Setanta online, came on the TV within 5 seconds of completing the application, haven't had any problems at my end. Looking forward to watching the NED-ITA replay tonight and then SPA-RUS in the morning
