Umm just to point out, why is it necessarily the Greek's fault? We follow the old calendar, which was around long before the Julian calender. I must also point out that Olympic is not the only team containing greek players, and I know that they played as they were not granted with a bye.

I'm not having a go but I just wanted to find out why every year we have postponed games. It puts the whole schedule and table out of whack AND if the shoo fits Olympic (based on previous history..sorree Yasu George) then bad luck.

As far as working with the new calendar....and the old calendar.......Move with the times peoples. Imagine if we still had the mentality and laws of the 19th century (or heaven forbid) middle ages. We would not have the vote. We would all be slaves and servants to the wealthy and we'd be dying of small pox and other curable diseases.

First round April the 5th 2009. All matches postponed due to hot weather policy.

Second round April the 12th 2009. All matches postponed due to Easter.

Third round April the 19th 2009 All matches postponed due to Cyprus Sunday great national event for all to join in.

Fourth Round April the 26th 2009, all matches postponed due to Greek Easter.

Fifth round April the 29th 2009 Wednesday (catch up round under lights) all matches postponed due to not all teams have good enough lights.

Sixth round May the 3rd 2009 all matches postponed due to State championships.

Seventh round all games and now the season postponed due to massive backlog of games.

SAWSA award the championships to;

Para Hills
Campbelltown City
Cumberland United
Metro
Fulham
Toros
Sturt Marion
Adelaide City
Olympic

Due to them registering for the season so only fair that they all get awarded the league title.
Nominations close May 24th for season 2010.
