One of the reasons my nephew has chosen not to play there at the moment. But not so much for the tempers, more so that they tend to argue amongst themselves more than anyone else. The pity is they actually do have a few good players.
I suspect the games will be awarded to the opposition, if history is anything to go by.
I would expect them both to be awarded to the opposition. One of the Fc Adelaide players did say "I did not 'not go out on saturday night' and stay at home so I could not play sunday", but I don't blame the referee for not hanging around. I didn't notice any stand out players yesterday, but having said that I only got to see the reserves play.
I spoke to Mr Bill Bailey last night. More than likely our cup game against Black Eagles will be rescheduled to a mid-week night match.
Thanks for that. If you find out where and when please let me know. I may be able to come down and watch.

Firstly apologies to ???? for saying that Maco's are div 2, I realised once I posted and looked up your address on the league website (i'd probably have taken the compliment that I thought you were obviously better than what are?)....

Maco's 0 - 3 Wanderers.
So I popped out and watched the first half of this game. Wanderers looked quite good for the majority of the game with some good football and inventive plays with the Barbaro boys playing up the field. I think it was Sam B, maybe both, got absolutely belted by maco's players numerous times and I thought surely a defender would be sent off - Did any end up going?
Wanderers were a very solid side and it will take a very good side to stop them this year. Cant wait to play them later on in the year.....

yep one did, they went for the man all day long, and the language from there supporters was fantastic
So the foul language from the wanderers COACH ALL DAY was OK?

maybe he was getting a little frustrated from your players going for the man not the ball....even monkey boy said he could see a player or 2 getting sent off,and he only saw a half the game

It's a game of football, not a brownies meeting. Get over it!
Things I am owed because they're too tight to pay up:

Colossus: One House

Costa: One Lunch

Oh and add in

Colossus: one photo and one letter from his "attorney".

Stirling won 3 - 2 in what was a pretty flat game after our keeper suffered a broken jaw about 20 minutes in. He is having surgery tomorrow to have a plate put in.

Cup results have been posted on the SAASL website. Both ties at Black Eagles have been listed as N/P, which I guess means not played. Simba Of Congo should be awarded that tie and if they are forced to replay it it would be an absolute discgrace. The Fc Adelaide tie I can sort of understand, sort of.

Reckon that as no match sheet received with final score, website will display as not played, but tribunal usually decide after hearing necessary evidence which can sometimes take a week or two.

An official referee was there so I would presume he handed in a match sheet stating that it was abandoned at 4-1 and five mintes to go and what caused it. I was there as a nuetral spectator and I know who should get awarded both ties. I guess we just have to wait and see what happens.
