if ur happy to sh*t on ur mates and move clubs in the way that you did because it's only amateurs, why don't you go play Feds if you don't take amateurs seriously, oh hang on a minute you tried that and didn't get in!!!choko_2NV wrote:every time thers a discusion board as like this 1

Re: What a Win For Puma's
Every bit of evidence on this thread shows as clear as daylight that anyone from PH East who has decided to post their felt grievances here in public have absolutely no people or social skills.
Possibly something to do with the cause of the situation in the first place?
Like small children with ADHD, all 3 or 4 PHE posters are determined to make as much noise as possible with your primative (ie 'like a primate') display of emotion.
beats chest - blah, blah blood bath, blah blah characters in question, blah blah
Quit playing the victim and begging for sympathetic attention.

Every bit of evidence in that whole paragraph just goes to show how Pathetic people are at Puma's, I truly hope that if you make it to Div 1 in the future these 3 guys do exactly the same to Puma's! There is every chance they will because the can't hack it in Div 1!

There is no evidence to show that they can hack it in Div 2. Maybe these players will prove many people wrong by having a good year in Div 2 for Pumas, the ball is their court. Their loss will not hurt Easties though as some players in their Ressies would be better prospects and they will now get an opportunity to prove their mettle.strappineastie wrote:Every bit of evidence in that whole paragraph just goes to show how Pathetic people are at Puma's, I truly hope that if you make it to Div 1 in the future these 3 guys do exactly the same to Puma's! You might have to ask one of your more learned keyboard warriors once they have finished crying about how broken their hearts are, how broken their team is and how betrayed they feel.

Yep it was a good win.
The baggage that has gathered along this thread have turned it into an epic tale of heartache, despair and lost mateship - kind of like an episode of Home & Away

Re: What a Win For Puma's
My goodness!!! I have been away all week and I come bacl to this!!! Lets be honest it was always going to come out and everyone needed their say. But here is my opinion....
1. The only issue here is the way the players moved clubs. Clearly someone had spoken to Inter, Florina, and Pumas as they rand up Keith and said that they had players contacting them. There is no reason for Keith to make this up?
2. The players in question are NOT GOOD ENOUGH to play constant Div 1 first team football. The only reason why these boys were given an opportunity was because the entire first team from last year left. Hence why they have never consistently made the first team. Each of these players came out every year and had a smashing preseason, but when it came down to the grind of the season they were never up to it.
3. These players in question were in line to be dropped anyway? It was just speeding up the process by them leaving.
4. The players simply couldn't take the constructive critisism of a coach who is a highly regarded and very successful coach. It is a simple case of young players thinking they are better than what they really are. Once again the proof of this was trying out for Western Strikers and not making it, asking Inter and Florina to play for them and not being picked up.....
5. I actually think when the dust settles all will be better off. The boys are not good enough for div 1, Pumas require players (even though they have 40 registered ), the boys didn't like Keith, East will be a better side for it (I saw them last week and they will pick up points), and Pumas WILL NOT GET PROMOTED!!!
I think thats it...... Oh no one more......
6. FARMER JOE is not a club legend!!! Please I love the bloke and his little albeno body but he only played there for what 3-4 years? Gary and Andy and Keith are the true legends being there for 15 odd years.....

Re: What a Win For Puma's
PHE relegation seems a far worse outcome than a Pumas missed promotion, doesnt it Monkey?
Re: What a Win For Puma's
Shut up plans..... just wait till the end of the season.
Monkey boy makes some very good points and it is a good overview of what has been said and how some people feel.

Re: What a Win For Puma's
No I really dont think that it is.... PHE are in a transition period where they need to bring in some good players, who want to play for the club, who are willing to listen and willing to stick it out during a tough time. I think that relegation may be an ok outcome for them. Clearly they need time for their younger good players to get used to play first team. There are some good young players out there and I am sure that they will appoint someone next year who is willing to put some serious coaching time in to the next young brigade.plans wrote:PHE relegation seems a far worse outcome than a Pumas missed promotion, doesnt it Monkey?
PHE do not need those players that left. They never really fitted in and were never in it for the club but their own plans....

Re: What a Win For Puma's
Some fair points there Monkey Boy but I'm not sure if its the greatest thing for PHE to lose 3 players. If they are unhappy then they should move on but considering Easts situation this year, 3 players with potential could be useful for East.Monkey Boy wrote:No I really dont think that it is.... I'm not defending what these guys have done. Players move clubs all the time but there is a way to do it and by the sounds of it, these three botched it. My point is that one of the three could of realise the potential they showed in the preseasons. Great example is our right midfielder. Was half the player he was when playing with us in Div 3. He left after a bit of a falling out, came back and has been one of our best players over last season and the 4 games this year.
Probably best that everyone just gets on with life. Pumas certainly aren't a favourite club of mine but if they are happy, so be it. If East get relegated, I can see them coming up in a year or two. Only have to look at Inter and Fulham to see that it can be done.

Re: What a Win For Puma's
Fair enough calls there Jay. Nevertheless i do think that they can do without these three players. They would be fringe players but solid reserves players all the time. They have been given multitudes of opportunities at east and maybe it is time that they moved on for the good for their own footballing lives....
