A's Fulham 5v1 Gully's
B's Fulham 4v2 Gully's
A's Three screamers of goals from the fulham striker, and 2 defensive blunders for the other 2.
B's Gullys were 3-0 down at half time but did well to fight back to 3-2, but then lose another to end at 4-2, need to get a run going as were starting to fall behind the pack.
Dissapointing day for the gullies all round.

yeah no worries roo you little bi#ch, last year at wanderers there player threw the ball at our supporter from behind and there supporters ran over to the other side of the pitch to contniue it but of course just shouted cause there is no a back bone between them to stand up and make a presence.

West Beach v Para Hills West
C's 3-1 win to Westies.
B's 2-1 win to THE BEACH A scrapy game after the beach going up 2-0 in the 1st 20 mins of the 1st half. To Westies credit they kept coming & did get one back. Well done to the beach for doing enough to take the 3 points!!
A's 1-1 Draw. Not the big win to Westies as pridicted on here earlier. Our 1st win is just around the corner!!!

Sunday Div 3
B's - Adelaide Vikings 5 v El Salvador 0
A's - Adelaide Vikings 9 v El Salvador 2
Another good day out and the first win for the reserves with a convincing 5- 0 result, it was hard slog for the b's with 3 consecutive losses but a great result for them today (even Nova scored! )
The A's were solid from the word go, with some fantastic goals created and some sublime build up play. A much tougher game ahead next week v the Bulldogs.

Yes it was a disapointing day for the Gullies, Fulham played well, striker scored a nice hatrick BUTTilley_Park_Boys wrote:A's Fulham 5v1 Gully's

Steve Gregan, the referee and the guy who is in charge of the referees in SA is an absolute joke. Steve has no people skills, he cant be asked a question and hasnt got a clue on positioning during a game and just leaves BOTH SIDES bewildered when he makes a decision. Steve Give it up and let someone who has a clue what the game is about take over, your inconsistencies today made me laugh so much it hurt, Gully thought it and so did Fulham. My thoughts are WHY is the guy in charge of referees doing a second division game?? Surley he should be doing a div 1 game but after today he should either retire or ref a div 10 game.
Enough said on that well done Fulham, pushed the ball around well and played for each other. Cmon Gully lets turn it around this week.

the comments regarding the ref (steve) are utter rubbish. i have been refereed by steve for many years (not to mention done some courses), and the one thing he has IS people skills.
once again a TTG supporter is happy to focus on the referee rather than their team!!!!!
and no im not his brother

Gully B's fightback was encouraging but once again a poor start has cost us. Personally my game was shite today and was bitterly disappointed in the result - I'm chomping at the bit now to get to training, have a solid week on the track and right the performance next game.Tilley_Park_Boys wrote:A's Fulham 5v1 Gully's

A's game was weird, was 1-1 and looking good, then their Fulham striker scored 2 crackers followed but the blunders to perhaps make the scoreline seem like a belting in what was pretty much an evenly fought hard game. All credit to Fulham though who seem like a tough team this season to beat.
Referee was a disgrace in the A's for both sides.

Not quite 60. I'll be there and playing but looks like I'll have to disappear straight after the B's game.grewcock wrote:Hawkesy wrote:It's only Gleeson next week, no need for the big guns for that one.

Why would I need a cricket helmet and an army, do you have issues? I hear you have small man syndrome.

raptors vs bosna ref was interesting.
2 send off and around 10-12 yellows.....players just do get it when refs wont tolerate questioning.
good day out for raptors 4 games at home and won them all
3 lambs on the spit
around 200 well behaved and well fed people
great weather
and nathan bassett was present....for those interested.
also mega scored and looked sharp...........

Hey Mega,I have known Steve for many many years, he may have people skills off the pitch ,but definately not on the pitch ! As for your comment "once again a TTG supporter is happy to focus on the referee ". Show me where Gully have whinged about a ref before!! Pretty loose comment I think ! Sure Fulham deserved there win , (two freakish arrsey goals) but when the cards fall your way, thats what happens !! But Im sure our lads will learn from that game and move on !! Would have to admitt Fulham are probably the best side we have played so far !! Good luck for the rest of the season !!MegaBonus wrote:the comments regarding the ref (steve) are utter rubbish. i have been refereed by steve for many years (not to mention done some courses), and the one thing he has IS people skills.

Redfred, Yes you are completley right, I play for Gully and Coach Playfords ressies. Want to back up the rest of the tripe your on about?redfred wrote:megabonus, not a ttg supporter , a player

after last week big surprise
Firstly were you at the Fulham VS Gully game today?
Were you at the Salisbury Vs Playford game?
If not Why dont you SHUT UP and crawl under the rock you came from.
Firstly: Salisbury VS Playford Ressies, at half time I asked the Ref to get control of the game, I had a player of to hospital after a takle from behind went "Unnoticed" and I had a penalty given against us for handball when it was ball to hand and a penalty NOT GIVEN TO US with the REF producing a yellow card for diving only to put it back in his pocket when he realised the player needed treatment and was substituted because of his injuries. I got a 3 week suspension for swearing at an official, I wanted to challenge it and wrote an email to the FFSA but they wanted $250 to appeal, sounds like revenue raising to me, I also asked for a refs report and was informed that doesnt happen.
2nd: I am the Captain of TTG and I asked several times WHY a decision was given and was told to Shut my Mouth? and told I have no idea, hardly the response from someone with people skills, I also as why we got a penalty and NO YELLOW OR RED WAS PRODUCED, last man in the box?
I think refereeing would be the hardest gig to do but if you have fitness, people skills and know the LAWS of the games (Not the rules as Steve pointed out to me), I asked why he wasnt taking any notice of the linesman his response was "He puts his flag up everytime so Im not taking any notice of him".
Redfred you are intitled to your opinion but know the facts before you mouth off.
