I feel quite emotional. A bit like Charles Manson and his fellow devotees. We have just as an important role to play.

Seriously "AD" Gals to be in my group of "AD" people you will need to take the game seriously and:

1) Keep those who are entrusted to manage the game accountable. Its their job! They get paid.
2) Question decisions on whether or not it is in the best interests of the game. If not why not
3) What has been our track record at National level over the last 6-7 years
4) Do we have the best people and an elite system in SA that will produce results? If the measure of success are players in the matildas then so be it. And the biggey
5) Is the game in SA the best it can be? If it is the best then we need to be content with the matildas being made up of non-SA players.

I know the answers and I reckon most of you do too. Those who don't will post messages in defence that LACK SUBSTANCE.

p.s is SAWSA part of FFSA?

Neits whenever people want to discuss the game and how SA is a backwater they get shouted down. Sometimes this forum becomes froth and bubbles and contains irrelevant stuff. The Ad Gals are no more unwelcome as some of the contributions made by the one liner put downs used in response to some interesting and hard hitting comments is what I find depolrable.

I tend to think people wnat the game to remain as small as it is without it getting too big. they should be part of the FFSA and that's it. Otherwise its a case of poor cousin related only by the fact they both use a soccer ball!

Even if SAWSA was run By FFSA how much if any at all would FFSA be willing to spend on the womens side.. Would the womens game be better off or worse off.

I know that if SAWSA dont go over to FFSA then none of our girls would be able to go into state comps. As FFSA would (by FFA ruling) then have to start there own Womens comp. or that is what was being said when I was still a delegate.
