Arsenal v Reading

Post by Missing Post Count »

Only three teams (Derby 2, Bolton 4 & West Ham 4) have picked up fewer points since the start of March than Arsenal (7).
Arsenal have won all three of their previous Premier League encounters with Reading.
Reading have conceded nine goals in their three Premier League matches against the Gunners.
Reading have never won a competitive fixture against Arsenal.
Eight of the 11 goals scored in the Premier League between these two sides have come in the second half.
Arsenal have dropped more points in the last eight Premier League games (16) than they did in the first 26 matches this season.
The Gunners have won only two out of their last 13 games in all competitions this season.
Only Reading (38%) have scored a higher proportion of goals in the final 15 minutes of matches than Arsenal (36%).
30% of Reading’s goals have been headers – the highest proportion in the top flight.
Arsenal have lost three Premier League games this season – all by a 2-1 scoreline.
Arsenal have only lost one and won 34 out of 53 games in all competitions at Emirates Stadium but they have drawn the last five in a row.
Reading have failed to score in their last three games.

Reading win with blatant penalty Arsen Winger complains about the treatment they have had from referees.

Arsenal win with dodgy penalty not a word from him.

Relegation performance in the second also! Van Persie was so unlucky! what a class free kick.
I was impressed with Walcott, looked lively, even if his end product did lack at times. He have scored when he cut in on his left but was unlucky to see it hit the bar, should of been 4 or 5 really

Rooney injured too apparently + a ridiculous dive during the game. What do you expect, Ferguson has no problem with his own players cheating consitently :!:
