Liverpool vs Everton
With the big derby coming up, nice to read some good old fashioned banter on forums around the net.
This thread titled 'Dear Liverpool FC Supporter'
You are tits. Sillicone tits. You are fake. BIG fakes. We left our ground because the owners were money clutching crap whores. When the toilet finished flushing you were left floating around the surface. Enjoy.
This weekend we will revisit the cockroach infested place we left for pastures greener and purer.
We will find divers, anglo-hating-vagina-faced-twats, lowlifes, glory hunters, and, yes, Kopites.
Speaking of glory hunters why do you lot have any? A glory hunter would find just as much satisfaction with blackburn. And the football would be just as attractive!
Monkeys throw excrement at tourists and you throw it at fans. The former is repelled and the latter is exstatic.
You are the colour of used tampons and your club is less valuable. You suck American arse for a glimpse of europe.
You are Kopites. I think you are proud of it despite your 'denials.' You are Liverpool FC. Enjoy.

Re: Liverpool vs Everton
Torres Out Of Merseyside Derby?
Liverpool are sweating on Fernando Torres' injury situation ahead of this weekend's pivotal Merseyside derby
The striker was the subject of several heavy challenges last night when playing for Spain against Italy, limping out of the game in the 49th minute after a collision with the Azzurri's Marco Materazzi.
Liverpool will now need to wait for a medical opinion on whether Torres will be fit enough to start Sunday's game against Everton, though if not it wouldn't be the first time an injury sustained on international duty has ruled him out of action for the Reds.
Spain won last night's game 1-0, with Torres' replacement David Villa netting the spectacular winning goal.
No Torres no win, Go the Toffees!!

Re: Liverpool vs Everton
When I first started supporting Everton (about 10-11 years ago) this game was only a derby for Everton. For Liverpool it was an easy 3 pts against a bottom table club.
Its nice to see how much we have come along. All thanks to the absolutely brilliant managerial skills of Moyes. He gets the most of his players and is a god on the transfer market.

Re: Liverpool vs Everton
yea wonder if torres will play a part, couldnt find anything on the liverpool site about weather he'll play. it just said he was back in training a couple of days before he was in spain to play italy. dont know what happened with torres in the international game, but if he was fine there i dont see why he cant play on sunday. if he has just come back my guess is that he'll start as a sub and come on for like kuyt or crouch. who knows . its up to rafa

Re: Liverpool vs Everton
The Merseyside derby has seen more red cards than any other fixture in Premier League history – 16 (10 for Everton and six for Liverpool) – seven have come in seven Premier League games since Rafa Benitez’s arrival.
Javier Mascherano’s red card last weekend was Liverpool’s first since the 2005-06 season in the Premier League
Everton have not won at Anfield since last century, 1-0 in 1999, a game that saw three red cards
Three of the last five meetings between the great rivals at Anfield have ended 0-0
Everton have taken two more points than Liverpool in 2008 despite playing a game less
Everton have conceded only four goals in 2008, a record only leaders Manchester United can match
Everton have gone two games without a win, they have not gone three without victory since November 2006
Liverpool have won their last five league games at Anfield, scoring 15 goals in the process
18 of Fernando Torres’ 20 league goals this season have come at Anfield
In his last five appearances for Everton against Liverpool, Phil Neville has been sent off twice and scored an own goal
Liverpool have led in 14 of their home games this season, no team has been ahead in more
