I assume you mean Sateras?
Training is currently on Wednesdays and Sundays... Sundays are at the beach, this Sunday 3 Feb is at Glenelg 10:45 am.
Will post more about Wednesday on Monday

What's going on dude? I have to tell ya, once GE loses about 10kg, espcially after the xmas break he had, he almost looks like he can participate in the fatest looser......... he still should be ok for us!
